The White Paper on research priority 5 "Food consumption patterns: diet, environment, society, economy and health", developed by a team of international experts, identifies the state of the art of research on the topic and gives some recommendation to address the main needs of Euro Mediterranean Region. The outcomes of each white paper will be collected in a policy document that will be part of the intangible legacy of Expo Milan 2015 and will be submitted to the international community and policy maker
